A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described below.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

You must send an unambiguous statement (email or letter) of your decision to withdraw.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned goods must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition
• Undamaged
• With all original tags attached
Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, alterations, or perfume smell are not eligible for a refund.
Withdrawal Deadline
It is sufficient that you send your withdrawal communication before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
• We will reimburse all payments excluding shipping charges
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received and inspected the returned goods.
Returned goods must be shipped within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Made-to-order, tailored, or customized garments
• Products altered at customer request
• Earrings or jewelry (for hygiene reasons, unless unopened and sealed)
