SiLQ Blumme operates out of Munich, Germany and currently ships nationwide within Germany.
International shipping will be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

We believe in thoughtful, small-batch production over mass manufacturing.
Most of our garments are made to order, ensuring minimal waste and attention to detail.

2. Order Processing Times

Customized & Made-to-Order Garments

Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans.
For made-to-order, customized, or temporarily out-of-stock items, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before shipping.

Ready-to-Ship Items

If your size or style is in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

3. Shipping Rates (Germany)

Free delivery for orders over €75
Standard delivery (2–4 business days): €4.99

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

4. EU & International Shipping

We currently ship only within Germany.
EU-wide shipping will be enabled once VAT registration is complete.
At that time, updated pricing and delivery times will be published here.

Rest of the World:
Not available yet — global expansion is planned for a later phase.

5. Customs & Import Duties

When international shipping becomes active:
• Buyers are responsible for customs, import taxes, and clearance fees.
• SiLQ Blumme is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

6. Processing & Handling

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Provide the following details:
• Order number
• Photos of packaging or item (if applicable)

We’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
